Guitar Center, one of the world’s largest musical-instrument stores, is launching its 2021 “Music Unites Us” holiday campaign with the support of notable artists from all music genres. The campaign includes a series of ten videos featuring artists that include Anthony Ramos, Yola, The Linda Lindas, St. Vincent, CB30, Andrew Watt, Take a Daytrip, and others.
In these videos, the artists share their individual perspectives and experiences on the unifying power of music. Each artist discusses the ways music unites us like the energy and the thrill of performing live in front of a crowd and/or forming life-long relationships and memories. Naturally, most participants believe music is best when it involves collaboration and recording together with other musicians to inspire their best work.
Up first in the series is four-time GRAMMY Award-nominated singer and songwriter Yola. The artist shares her journey to find herself and how music serves as a path for people to express their true identities.
Yola believes, “It gives us an avenue to celebrate and to show who we are. That’s what I love about music, the way it brings people together as their authentic selves.” For more details, visit Guitar Center.
