Active Noise-Cancelling Headphones Deliver Theater-Like Sound

by Mat Dirjish

Cleer Audio claims its ALPHA intelligent adaptive active noise-cancelling headphones provide listeners with immersive, theater-like sound quality. Embarking as the company’s next generation wireless Bluetooth adaptive active noise cancelling headphones, ALPHA employs Dirac’s Virtuo spatial audio technology and Cleer’s 40-mm Ironless Driver, Bluetooth 5.1 connection, and Qualcomm’s cVc two-mic solution.

About Dirac Virtuo, Dirac’s patented algorithms enable an impressive sound experience without complicated and expensive hardware upgrades. Requiring no encoded 3D formats, Dirac onboard reportedly offers a faster, easier, and more cost-efficient path to perfect sound.

In active noise-cancellation (ANC) mode, the headphones are capable of 35 hours of playback. Other unique features include upgraded earpads with a cooling feature that improves users’ wearing comfort.

ALPHA is available now in color options of midnight blue and stone. For deeper data and details, visit Cleer.
