Verification System IDs Loyal Music Fans

by Mat Dirjish

Apparently, there is a surge in the demand for concert tickets so significant that truly passionate fans are having great difficulties in acquiring tickets for their favorite artists’ shows. As a result, loyal fans are wishing for some kind of system that accurately identifies real fans and awards them priority access.

Fave, a fan-centric platform, is partnering with an expanding roster of major industry players and fan-run organizations to address ticketing, amongst other fan problems. Backed by Warner, Sony, Billboard Music Awards, BTS ARMY, and HYBE, Fave’s verification system promises to alleviate the huge rift between fans and the corporations impeding their activity.  After testing the company’s patented technology, Fave officially launched its Fan Verification system.

Through Fan Verification, fans showcase the depth of their ongoing fandom activity by logging everything such as streaming activity, merch collections, fan art, concert attendance, fan stories, and anything else related. Users then progress in status from Fan, to Verified Fan, and finally to Verified Superfan as reflected in their unique Fave Fan IDs. Each tier unlocks further access to rewards and experiences provided by artists, brand partners, and other superfans looking to recognize their fellow fans.

Reportedly, other platforms just ask for a name, an email address, and a pulse to demonstrate one’s proof of verified fandom. As a result, artists and industry entities struggle to spot and reward deserving fans due to incomplete databases and well-intentioned yet highly chaotic manual outreach. In contrast, Fave provides an effortless system for getting these items and experiences into the proper hands.

As per Fave founder and CEO Jacquelle Amankonah, “On Fave, top-fan status and access to exclusive experiences are not just reserved to the people who can afford it or got lucky in some random giveaway. Neither of those correlates to how passionate and deserving of a fan one is. Instead, fans earn these experiences through the authentic, heartfelt activities they’ve already been doing.”

Ready to become a Fan, Verified Fan, and/or a Verified Superfan? If so, haul yourself over to the Fave website.
