Tour management specialist company Master Tour is offering what it says is the industry’s first and only comprehensive production workflow that connects tour and venue data for all touring professionals. Addressing the challenges tour managers face on the road, Master Tour 3 expands the company’s platform to more venues via its Venue Tech Pack.
The platform includes tour personnel, travel itineraries, venue details, day sheets, guest lists, setlists, accounting, tasks, and other items. Master Tour allows for online collaboration, offline access, backup and security features, and reports. Venues can now upload and manage time-critical production data and share it across Master Tour’s active touring users.
Master Tour Founder Paul Bradley said, “Better event outcomes start with accurate data. Touring and venue teams need to share huge volumes of information to execute events, such as schedules, production equipment needs, catering requests, parking, etc. Missing one email, pdf, text, or errant spreadsheet entry has the potential to have downstream effects that incur extra costs and consume margin.”
