Lytx, a provider of tools to manage and protect fleet assets, unveils an artificial intelligence (AI) powered tool that promises to streamline driver coaching, advance driver engagement, and set bars higher for fleet safety. Coach Assist is an AI coaching assistant that helps safety coaches deliver fast and impactful feedback to fleet drivers.
Currently available to a select group of Lytx Lab participants, Coach Assist reportedly enables coaches to reduce session prep time by half while increasing driver engagement and retention. It embarks as part of a series of initiatives to automate administrative coaching tasks and integrate advanced intelligence.
