Leopard Imaging, developer of high-definition embedded cameras and AI-based imaging solutions, is launching its Dragonfly Series USB3.0 YUV cameras that employ multiple state-of-the-art (SotA) sensors. Debuting at CES 2026, Dragonfly Cameras are compact, high-performance imaging modules designed for seamless system integration via direct USB 3.0 connectivity.

Leopard Imaging debuts Dragonfly Series USB3.0 YUV Cameras Based on Multiple State-of-the-Art Sensors at CES 2026.
The cameras integrate an image signal processor (ISP) that optimizes image quality, delivers real-time performance, and provides a direct YUV data output, eliminating the need for external image processing. As per the company, with a plug-and-play architecture, developers and system integrators can immediately access high-quality YUV video streams without complex driver installation or additional processing requirements. The ISP ensures consistent image tuning including auto exposure, white balance, and color correction. Target applications include rapid prototyping, machine vision, robotics, smart factory operations, and AI-enabled systems.
The Dragonfly Series supports USB 3.0 SuperSpeed, UVC compliance and is compatible with Windows, Linux, and NVIDIA Jetson platforms. Additionally, the series features multiple resolutions, chroma options, and shutter technologies that include rolling shutter, global shutter, and ERS modes. The current Dragonfly Series lineup includes:
- LI-USB30-AR0830C-YUV-085H
- LI-USB30-IMX258-YUV-AF-079D
