Enterprise AI development company Azilen Technologies is expanding its industrial AI and IoT engineering offerings by integrating sensorization, Industrial IoT, edge computing, and AI engineering. The company’s aim is to turn factory-floor signals into real-time operational intelligence and will demonstrate how machine data can move from real-time visibility to predictive insights and smarter production decisions at IMTS 2026 from September 14 to19 at McCormick Place, Chicago.
As per Chintan Shah, Azilen Technologies’ VP of Delivery, “The factory floor is already generating intelligence. The challenge is making that intelligence useful at the point of production. We want to show how to leverage intelligence to enhance production capacity and quality.”

To enable this, the company’s multi-protocol IIoT gateway ecosystem connects more than100 manufacturing machines that process more than 70 GB of telemetry per machine annually and manages 80 or more industrial gateways. Additionally, the system supports MQTT, HTTPS, and OPC UA protocols.
Azilen also offers an IoT and edge computing platform that supports a fleet of more than 1,000 commercial dishwashers. A retrofit-first platform, it combines hardware, edge processing, and secure connectivity for real-time monitoring and remote diagnostics. And, addressing the connected factory equation, the company’s vendor-agnostic IoT energy platform unifies telemetry from more than 25,000 industrial assets.
