Vishay Intertechnology’s DFN series standard rectifiers in low-profile DFN6546A packages with wettable flanks specify current ratings up to 12A. Sporting a 4.6 mm footprint and a height of 0.88 mm, the 5A SE50N6x, 8A SE80N6x, 10A SE100N6x, and 12A SE120N6x rectifiers are each available with reverse voltages of 200V, 400V, and 600V, and are available in AEC-Q101 qualified versions.
Employing an oxide planar chip junction design, the rectifiers specify a typical reverse leakage current less than 0.1 μA and forward voltage drops down to 0.77 V. They operate over a temperature range from -55°C to +175°C and provide ESD capabilities in compliance with IEC 61000-4-2 air discharge mode. Their wettable flanks allow for automatic optical inspection, eliminating the need for X-ray inspection.TABLE
