Ogling high-current commercial, industrial, and automotive applications, Vishay Intertechnology’s commercial ICMS2321-10 and automotive grade ICMS2321-1A common mode chokes sport a low profile and offer high resistance to shock and vibration. The components combine a heat rating current to 30A with a 1.5 kVdc dielectric withstand voltage between coils. Via an enhanced core design, both chokes handle temperatures up to +150°C.
Including surface-mount and through-hole mounting options, the ICMS2321-10 and ICMS2321-1A offer customizable inductance, impedance, DCR, and current ratings. Surface-mount versions are available in tape and reel packaging and are compatible with automated pick-and-place assembly.
Applications include dc/dc converters, high-voltage inverters, EMI filters, and high-current filters for noise suppression. The AEC-Q200 qualified ICMS2321-1A is suitable for use in automotive on-board chargers.
